Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Fran!
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My initial goals were to increase my core strength. Now, I’ve gone on to learn more with my personal trainer Travis Kelkenberg. Along with core strength training, he has helped me to increase my balance, introduced me to proper warm up isometric exercises, and has kept me aware of how important it is to have a stable spine, proper lateral movements, shoulder retraction movements, and all in all, increased my awareness of controlled movements while lifting.
It has been a challenge to keep track of my regimen, but Travis instilled confidence in me! He is motivating and that encourages me. I don’t give up! I really benefit from personal training because I’m learning to do proper body mechanics by a professional trainer like Travis! If I have questions about exercises, he helps! At the end of the day, I want to have fun and do my best!

I’ve been working out for about three years at Jada Blitz and enjoy the new gym! It has a lot of equipment and offers diverse classes. I notice all the staff at Jada Blitz are eager to help out a variety of age groups at this gym.

MEET TRAVIS KELKENBERG, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS
Fran came back to the training program here at Jada after a little time away. She keeps very busy outside of the gym, but wanted to focus more on quality of movement. Music to my ears! What I love most about working with Fran is her interest in a healthy lifestyle and her desire to make progress, furthermore to do so with longevity in mind. Fran is very critical of her execution in our workouts. So much so that I may need to remind her of how far she has come with the progress she has made! She comes in to our sessions on a mission to improve! She couldn’t make a trainer any happier to have her as a client!
