Client of The Week: Erica!

 In Client of the Week

Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Erica!

I believe I started with Jada Blitz in February of last year. I wanted a place close to home and I had worked out there with a friend in the past and remember really liking it. During covid, I had gained almost 30lbs and was extremely upset with myself for allowing myself to get to that weight. I needed a place close by and someone to hold me accountable.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

My goals were to drop as much as I could while having a good time. I wanted to fit better in my clothes and was sick of feeling like a sausage. I’ve now lost around 20lbs and I’m trying to lose another 10lbs. Feeling a little stalled but it’s all diet and the holidays didn’t help πŸ™‚

Trey has been awesome. He’s very supportive and makes sure I’m doing things the right way. I have worked with trainers before and Trey had to train out many bad habits. He also gives me that little “you can do it” push just when I think I’m done. What I enjoy most about training with Trey is that he holds me accountable while training. He gives sound advice and is fun to work with. I feel he cares for my well being in general.

One lesson I’ve taken away from training is that practice makes perfect. No matter how annoying it is, it’s important to keep working at things until you get it right.

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

Do it! It makes you accountable because you’re not only on your time, but someone else’s too. It also so gave me confidence to come to the gym on my own when I’m not working with Trey.

THE FACILITY & STAFF

Not bad, everyone is so nice!

FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?

Fitness is feeling stronger πŸ’ͺ not struggling to move like I used to.

MEET TREY TORREY, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Erica is a great human and always comes in ready to get after it. She’s lost over 20 pounds and put on a ton of strength. She is a hard working client and always reminds herself of her cues before each set of each exercise.
