Client of The Week: Dave!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Dave!
I’ve been with Jada Blitz just over a year. My brother has been a long term member and his progress and work habits were my inspiration to start. I came to the gym to get myself more fit, lose some weight and get into a good habit of exercise.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
Initially I decided to come a couple times a week, develop a good work out routine and maintain and achieve additional weight loss. I feel that I’ve achieved these. I look forward to additional sessions to increase my exercise habits and further reduce my weight, that is an ongoing process.
Adam has set up a good program for me to keep active in both upper and lower body exercises, he provides a good variety of training exercises and keeps me motivated to continue bettering my physical activity. Adam has a great personality, is easy to talk to and provides good feedback in both the physical and diet pointers that help in my goals. He’s always upbeat and positive and provides me a program that pushes me in a comfortable but challenging way to enhance my healthy activity.
Sharing life stories, sports talk and family talk is always great with Adam. He’s genuinely interested and concerned, open to discussing all. Adam is just good at mixing a workout routine in with everyday life stories that makes the workout enjoyable.
One thing I’ve learned through this process is sticking with it and putting forth the effort makes me feel better. There are days I need the motivation and setting specific times and having a program like this helps me to stick with a plan.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
At any age, the gym is a good place to be active, get yourself into a routine and generally feel better! Having a great trainer and a doable program makes the time enjoyable.
