Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Danielle!

I started coming to Jada Blitz in February of 2022. After seeing a segment on Step Out Buffalo, I knew I HAD to take a tour.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

My initial goals were to start working out to improve my mental and physical health. I used to have bad anxiety about coming to the gym. I always felt intimidated because I didn’t know how to properly use the machines or dumbbells, so I figured it would be best to start out with a trainer.

Working with Liv has changed my whole view on coming to the gym. I feel more confident in what I’m doing and coming to Jada Blitz has become my favorite part of the day. I look forward to every training session I have with Liv. She motivates me to do my absolute best and cares about my progress. Any time I’m having a hard day I know she will be there to talk and work through it. Since working with Liv I feel stronger and more energetic.

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

Making the decision to start personal training was a tough one. I didn’t know if I would be able to connect with my trainer or if they would care about my progress. Looking back I wish I had started sooner because it has definitely been worth it.

THE FACILITY & STAFF

The front desk staff is very friendly and I enjoy seeing them when I walk in!

MEET OLIVIA BARONE, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Danielle has been nothing but an amazing client. She shows up with a smile on her face, ready to push herself through her entire session. Danielle has made me so proud as a trainer, she’s never afraid to try a new exercise or up her weights to challenge herself a little more.
I enjoy training Danielle because she’s become a very strong person inside and out. Her confidence shines and she never says she “can’t” even when I make her do weighted reverse lunges!
