Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Christine!

I have always had great experiences at Jada Blitz Fitness over the years, and I got connected with Ben this past September when I decided to start personal training late last year. I was looking to work with a personal trainer because I wanted the accountability of having scheduled appointments each week and knowing I would have a dedicated professional who would formulate a plan that was safe and strategic for where I was in my fitness journey.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

My focus was on rebuilding strength and flexibility. I feel that I have made a lot of progress, but I am always looking to continue improving. I am still focused on my strength and flexibility, but I am also now working through some neck pain. Ben has been extremely accommodating with any pain or restrictions I may have. He has shown a great amount of compassion and professionalism in helping me work through any setbacks.

Ben has been wonderful to work with. He is extremely patient and is very diligent with checking in throughout each session. He is able to make adjustments mid-session depending on how I am feeling that day. Also, he has a good understanding of how much to safely push me during any given exercise.
I have very much enjoyed getting to know Ben and really appreciate how much planning and thought he puts into each session. I have most enjoyed how attentive he is to each client during every session. He is always solely focused on the present moment, and when you are working with him, you have his undivided attention. I recently hit a new PR on the hamstring curl machine (a machine I used to dread using because it was difficult for me, but have now grown to appreciate) and it was very fun and rewarding to celebrate that with Ben. I look forward to hitting more PRs and continuing to set and reach new goals.

Ben always treats others with kindness and compassion and I have certainly benefited and learned from his positive and uplifting attitude.

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

I would advise anyone who is thinking about trying personal training to reach out to Ben for a consultation. You will quickly realize that it is a worthwhile investment in yourself.

THE FACILITY & STAFF

Everyone is very friendly. It is nice being greeted with a friendly “hello” and “goodbye” every time I enter and leave the building. I appreciate that the gym is always very clean and it is evident that cleanliness is a priority of Jada Blitz Fitness.

FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?

Fitness to me is about feeling empowered and strong in my own body.

MEET BEN BAILEY, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Christine and I have been training together for a little over 4 months. Our sessions are always very lively, and there’s never a dull moment. I really appreciate Christine’s commitment to her health and well-being, and I enjoy her routine witty remarks which never fail to provide a good laugh.
Whether it be consistently showing up and working hard (both in our training sessions, and in her physical therapy sessions with Dr. McMullen), taking daily walks when weather permits, or focusing on eating good food, Christine’s desire to improve extends beyond the hour each week we spend together. She is a wonderful client and an even better person. It has been, and continues to be, a pleasure being a part of Christine’s realization of her goals.
