Client of The Week: Christie!

Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Christie!

I’ve been with Jada Blitz since Summer, 2021. A handful of my close friends and family work out here and it’s near home. I joined the gym as a stress reliever and to get back into shape. After peak COVID I was feeling sluggish and my nutrition had fallen off. I wanted to be efficient with my workouts so I sought out a personal trainer to help me get the best out of my time at the gym.


My initial goal was to just ‘tighten it up’. I wanted to feel more confident about my body and be more educated about my workouts and nutrition without spending hours at the gym. Since starting with Ben, I’ve noticed how much stronger and leaner I’ve become and I have been eating and sleeping much better.

Ben has been great to train with. He’s very knowledgeable and patient with me. We have a lot of fun with our workouts. He’s a good listener and is genuinely interested in my fitness goals. I like working with Ben because the workouts are challenging and efficient. In only 30 minutes I feel very accomplished and confident that I’m working towards the goal we set.

Having someone in your life like a personal trainer who is motivating you to be a better version of yourself is incredibly rewarding both mentally and physically. Every set we finish is like a small accomplishment in my day. I used to dread heading to the gym. Once I found my rhythm with a trainer, going to the gym was something I would look forward to in my daily routine.


There’s no better time to start personal training than today. So many times I told myself “Diet starts Monday” or waited until it was after the holidays or only when I had the “perfect gym fit.” This year, I’m looking forward to eating seasonal candy and cookies (in moderation) with less guilt because I’ve been working hard already. If you can’t go an hour a day, even 20-30 minutes feels better than doing nothing.


I’ve been training with Christie for a little over two months, and it’s been a pleasure working with her. She brings a positive attitude and an amusing sense of humor to each of our sessions, which makes it fun for me as her trainer.

I’ve really enjoyed being a part of, and witnessing Christie’s progress in her goals of becoming healthier and stronger. Christie has shown a consistent dedication to her health and fitness both in and outside of our training sessions!
