Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Caitlin!

I joined Jada Blitz Fitness specifically for their top tier, personal training program.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

My initial goal, when I began training with Will Smith, was to lose weight from my back to back pregnancies. I successfully achieved my first goal quicker than I thought I would! Now, my new goals are to increase my strength and build muscle.

Will is an exceptional trainer, he is very knowledgeable and does not let me give up, even when I am at the point of failure. He has taught me a lot, which has made me feel comfortable enough to be able to come to Jada Blitz on my own. On the days we don’t train together, I will work out with the plan Will wrote out for me.

My favorite memory of Will is that he doesn’t let me talk myself out of something he knows I can do. I constantly ask him if I’ve done this weight before and he just tells me “3 reps or 1 rep” so I just do it. Afterwards, he will smile and say “now that’s the most weight you’ve done!”

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

After every session, Will reminds me how far I’ve come in these short 6 months. When I started, I could barely do a weighted squat or a deadlift! Will has shown me that I’m capable of anything. To anyone considering taking up personal training at Jada Blitz Fitness, all I can say is you won’t regret it. It has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.


THE FACILITY & STAFF

Everyone at Jada Blitz is amazing, and very helpful! The front desk staff has really gotten to know me over these last 6 months and it makes you feel like you are part of a family.

MEET WILL SMITH, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Caitlin and I have been training for about 6 months, and I am so proud of how far we have come. She is a very enthusiastic and energetic person, and always makes our sessions enjoyable. I love the relationship we have built. We have gone from a trainer who pushes their client to the max, to a friend who helps their friend achieve their goal. She has come a long way with not only the weight training aspect, but the nutrition as well.

My favorite memory of working with her is seeing her reaction and excitement with the progress she has made. The look of happiness she had, telling me she reached a new low for her weight, and pants that she hasn’t worn since pre-pregnancy are now slightly baggy, was priceless. I enjoy that our sessions have steady progression but we enjoy the steps along the way. She is very accountable, and understands the balance between working out , nutrition, and enjoying her outside life. Moving forward I can only see her progressing further, and I can’t wait to see how much she can accomplish.
