Client of the Week – Cailey
This summer will mark my first full year with Jada Blitz! Before I started weight training, I only utilized workouts as a weight loss tool. Since joining Jada Blitz, my body composition and strength levels have changed completely. Training with Seton continually teaches me how to adapt my workouts and nutrition habits to my meet my personal goals. My chronic injuries have improved immensely and I have more energy daily than ever in my life, even with a crazy work schedule. I’m so thankful for an awesome trainer and a one-of-a-kind gym environment that keep me striving to be better- in every way, shape, and form!
