Client of The Week: Bob!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Bob !
I started at Jada Blitz in January with my son Drew. Since my late teen years, I have trained at various gyms all over Buffalo. Previously, I was being trained by Alex Webb and I followed him to Jada when he started here.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My goal has always been to maintain a level of functional fitness so I can enjoy my life. Currently my goal is the same and my consistency has been good.
I have been with Alex for a few years, his experience in bodybuilding and nutrition complete the package. Alex is an excellent trainer, he listens to your goals and pushes you to exceed your own expectations. Most of my personal best in regards to strength have come with working with Alex.
One thing I’ve learned is that with a good trainer comes motivation and accountability. Alex provides both.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
I would tell anyone no matter your current fitness level or experience to try personal training, there is a trainer to fit everyone.
THE FACILITY & STAFF
The facility is clean and the equipment is top notch, all my staff encounters have been professional and pleasant.
FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?
My version of FIT is whatever makes you feel healthy and good in your own skin.
