Client of The Week: Bob!

 In Client of the Week

Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Bob!

When the woman’s BAC closed, my wife joined Jada Blitz. She seemed happy with the facility so I decided to join her shortly after. I have belonged to various gyms over the years, so it was convenient for me to join Jada.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

After tearing my meniscus two years ago and completing physical therapy, I decided I wanted to work with a trainer because I still had severe pain in my knee. Alex came highly recommended so I started working with him and I am now running pain free! More currently, my goal was to compete in a Duathlon and I am happy to report that I have accomplished just that.

Alex has been fantastic. I get one or two new exercises every time I work out with him. He pays attention to my questions and always has very thoughtful answers. Alex is easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable when it comes to training.

I never thought I would run pain free again, but Alex said he would get me there. From this experience, I’ve learned to stay patient and do the work.

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

Don’t be afraid. Go in and give it a try.

THE FACILITY & STAFF

The facility is always very clean and staff is always friendly.

FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?

My fit is having a better range of pain free motion.

MEET ALEX MILLER, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Bob is awesome to train! He always works up a good sweat and takes instruction extremely well. Since we began training, he has brought many different goals that we work towards including: fixing knee pain, improving his mobility and power for golf, and running a duathlon.

I was super proud of him after about a month of working together where he came in and said he was now running pain free in his knees. It was the goal we were chasing and we reached it!

Bob is a challenge, he likes to try new things each time we train and push his limits with difficult exercises and variations that work to improve his stability, mobility, and strength. I can throw innovative things at him and he picks them up quickly. It has been a pleasure to watch his progress!

I have chosen Bob as my Client of the Week due to his progress and passion. At first, I thought he would be a short term client since we fixed his knee pain relatively quickly, but he continues to push his limits and set new goals for improving his overall health. I have watched him grow into in the weightlifting world. Fitness is a lifestyle that he has made a big part of his life and I am proud to help in any way I can!
