I had been working out about 3 to 4 times a week and was looking to mix things up a bit to become stronger and leaner. Aubree’s training expertise along with her knowledge of nutrition is just what I needed. About six months ago, we started with alternating upper and lower body weight training and then moved onto a full body workout to maximize our time together. About three months in, we started a nutrition program aligned to my overall goals.
I couldn’t be happier with my progress and overall experience at Jada Blitz and with Aubree. Each workout she puts me through is unique and challenging. I don’t think there is a muscle we haven’t worked on. She keeps me focused and motivated; she makes sure my technique is correct; she is always ready for me and has my daily routine planned…not a minute is wasted. She is truly a remarkable trainer and wonderful person…someone I am proud to call my friend.
