Client of The Week: Adam!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Adam!
My journey with JadaBlitz began in March of ’22. I wanted to join a gym and work with a trainer who would help me get in shape (after a long lay off from the gym, it was time) and as well, to help me work on becoming a stronger mountain biker. I visited JadaBlitz after viewing the gym’s website. Nick gave me a tour of the facility, and I was really impressed with how well the website described what I saw in person. Honestly, once I saw the smoothie bar and food options, gym equipment, and extensive training staff, JadaBlitz made perfect sense. Everything I could possibly need to reach my training goals was under one roof.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My initial goals were to work on body composition and developing my mobility and strength. Based on the data, everything is trending in the right direction.
Working with Anthony is superb. I think he’s a clinician and very, very knowledgeable; he can read my strengths and weaknesses in the gym, and is able to work on both with very precise exercises and progressive training. He explains what he has me do and why, and then provides encouragement to push me. He is a great communicator, helping me see how the short term work we’re doing fits with my long term goals. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier working with Anthony. Beyond his knowledge, communication, and training style, we use every training session to the fullest. As well, we never do the exact same training routine. He always refines the training session to help me get stronger and challenges my body. I’m gassed when we’re finished.
My current goals remain focused on body composition, mobility and getting stronger. I’ve noticed that my mountain bike training has improved a lot; I’m faster, I climb better, and my endurance on the bike has also improved. I see this as a direct result of training at JadaBlitz. I’m really pleased with my progress.
Fitness goals take time to accomplish, and require effort in both training and nutrition to make them happen. Consistency is a big key. While we are focused on the here and now with training, it’s all part of the long term training plan we’ve set up. Having a great trainer like Anthony has made a huge difference for me.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
Utilizing the services of a personal trainer in a high quality gym is, in my opinion, an investment in one’s health and future. While I’m working towards specific fitness and training goals, I also know that my longer term physical health benefits from this. To me, that’s a worthwhile investment, especially when the people supporting your goals are as motivated as yourself like Anthony and the staff at JadaBlitz.
THE FACILITY & STAFF
Fantastic, a 10/10 in every possible way. My visit prior to joining the gym with Nick was incredibly useful and informative. The facility is always clean; there is more than enough equipment. And, the front desk staff (thanks Jordan!) know my recovery smoothie order without me having to order it. Winning. Did I mention that I really like the smoothie bar?

Adam is a model client. He’s dedicated to the process and he’s 100% bought in. And he has gotten the results he’s wanted from having that attitude. Plus he’s a good guy all around, just really pleasant to be around. I’ll never forget the look on his face when I told him that if he wanted to lose some body fat, then he needed to eat more food. It’s a classic look that I never get tired of. I love how tuned in Adam can be in a session. He’s all in and asks really great questions and genuinely shows that he cares. And that’s all I can ask for. Adam takes all of the things he learns here and applies it outside the gym. It is such an honor to be able to make an impact on someone’s life like that.
