Client of The Month: Shannon!

Congratulations to our Client of the Month, Shannon!

I have been at Jada Blitz for almost a year now. Last year in March I decided it was time to be healthy and get back into shape. Having four children in 6 years, I kind of lost track of myself. And Covid certainly did not help.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

My goals have always been to loose some weight, but more importantly, get stronger. Which I really feel great about. My progress has been slow but consistent!

I have really enjoyed working with Ben. He is so knowledgeable about every exercise we do. Ben is always positive and pushing me to do my best. I definitely feel more confident using the machines by myself now, which before I would never do. I would recommend Ben to anyone starting their journey to healthiness!

FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?

To me, fitness is feeling strong and feeling good in my own skin. This is something I feel now and will continue to work on!

MEET BEN BAILEY, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Training with Shannon has been such a pleasure. When we started training many months ago, there were a handful of injuries & pain points Shannon was dealing with. I recall very early in our training she couldn’t do a box squat without pain in her back & knees — today she’s squatting over 130lbs completely pain free.
Shannon’s earned her tremendous progress in both her strength and body recomposition, and I couldn’t be more proud of her. She has demonstrated resiliency & patience from day one, and I’m so excited to see where those traits continue to take her. I’m so thankful I’ve gotten to know Shannon over the course of this year, and I can’t think of a more deserving client to be recognized as Client of the month.
